Banff's Roam public transit bus system is environmentally friendly and Canada's first all-hybrid bio-diesel/electric bus fleet! Take advantage of this great way to get around Banff! No more searching for parking spots which can be difficult at the best of times. The Roam bus routes can take you anywhere in the townsite, and the bus stops are plentiful and near popular spots. They are easy to recognize with their Rocky Mountain animal decals! And the price? You'll love the price and the many convenient ticket options designed to suit your travel needs and your travel budget! Prices are as follows (subject to change!):

Token packs and Smartcards are available at the Banff Town Hall located on 110 Bear St. Day Passes and single trip fares can be bought on the bus. For more information you can call 403 762-6770.
The summer months are of course the busiest time of year and so there are three bus routes that offer service every 30 minutes.
In the winter, when the town is less busy, Roam bus service runs two routes every 40 minutes.
